Tony and Dianna,

Just wanted to drop you a note of thanks for the wonderful food, service, and attention to detail you
provided for the party my brothers, sister and I gave in honor of our Mom's 80th Birthday.  You took care of
every detail and relieved us of many burdens that would have made it difficult for us to have the time to be
good hosts and actually enjoy the celebration.  Your Garden Room was just the atmosphere we wanted for
Mom and her friends and family - it is a wonderfully quaint and comfortable place to gather.  We really could
have gotten away with no additional decorating, but being that my sister is an interior decorator, she wanted
to add a few centerpieces for the tables.  To be able to walk in and not lift a finger was something I am not
accustomed to when it comes to large gatherings!  The table arrangement was perfect for our large crowd
and the beautiful table linens really completed the scene.
The food was simply superb and the presentation was exquisite.  The buffet/serving tables in the
"serpentine" arrangement added a nice flair.  The items we selected from your catering menu for the
celebration were generous in the portions/servings and the food was more than ample.  The stemware used
for serving the iced tea, water and wine (all the correct sizes for each particular beverage) was an
unexpected upgrade - this really added to the presentation.  The service by your entire staff was
impeccable.  They were well dressed, courteous, timely in their delivery, and most gracious. When the party
was over, we really appreciated you and the staff packaging the leftovers for us with such care.
You have a lovely place and I truly enjoyed every minute of the party.   Everyone I spoke with was most
impressed with everything.
I had very high expectations for this gathering and Pat a Cake unequivocally exceeded my expectations!
You made it all so easy for us - I felt guilty about all the compliments I received on the superb job "I" had
done for this party.   I was unable to keep the truth - I had to admit it wasn't my doing!  Pat a Cake took care
of everything and it was perfect!
Thank you - you really made the day special for my Mom and all of us.

Best Regards,

I just wanted to say 'thank you' again for the wonderful way you took care of us during our reception
luncheon for my daughter and son-in-law. Your staff were just great, your meal was wonderful and served
in a timely manner. I look forward to doing business with you again and I will highly recommend you to
everyone that listens to me.
Sincerely,

Tony & Dianna,
There is no way to adequately thank you for all you two have done to make the opening reception for my
first photography exhibition such a wonderful experience.  You did things I would have never expected,
such as advertising the event on this web site, having buttons made for your staff to wear, displaying and
handing out my announcement postcards, and even calming me down when the butterflies started the
morning before the reception. This was by far going beyond the call of duty and I am so grateful for all your
hard work and efforts.  The cheese and fruit tray was delicious, the wine outstanding, the staff so attentive
and professional, the decorations just enough to accent the photographs - I could go on - the attention to
all the details was more than I could have wished for.  The Cascade Room is a beautiful, spacious and warm
place - not only perfect for exhibiting my photographs, but also delightful for other occasions such as the
dinner preceding the Lamplighter Gala!, which my husband and I attended the next night.  You are a
perfectly matched team, gracious hosts, and much loved friends.  Thank you again for making my dream
come true - I will never forget it.
